Mr. Winans moved to Virginia from Ohio in 2009 to manager warehousing and operations for a packing, crating, and shipping franchise operation in Chesapeake, Virginia. Marc was largely responsible for setting up the Chesapeake operations  and the success of his former employer. Mr. Winans has raised the bar, and set quality standards to a new level in Southeastern Hampton Roads.

Currently, he manages all aspects of box and crate design and fabrication at IPAC International Packing & Crate,  in addition to full-scope warehouse management.  He enjoys the challenge of designing packing that ensures your items arrive safely whether they are moving around the block, or around the world.  From your most valued items to large industrial projects, Mr. Winans handles your material if they were his own. Prior to his career in the packing and crating industry he has many years of direct experience in construction, as well in load planning and oversight.  Feel confident that your packing and crating requirements are being managed by the very best when you contact IPAC.

Cassie

Primary Agent for Warehouse Security (PAWS)

Cassie lost her parents, and her only brother to a fatal illness at an early age. Devastated by the loss of her family, Cassie found a new family at IPAC. She directed her attention to learning the trade and soon found that she had a natural talent for keeping riff-raff such as mice and grasshoppers out of the warehouse.

Her days are now filled with maintaining security in the warehouse. She climbs the 16’ extension ladder daily to check the mezzanine for the presence of intruders.
